Default Performer X users..throttle cable issue

Which throttle cable are you guys using? I got the ITR cable but there is still too much slack even when adjusted to the very end. any suggestions?

...i had a d series cable with my itbs, i put my stock R one back on with no problems.. running a 70mm Professional TB and pX manifold.

Most guys just use a stock cable.

only use the furthest bolt on the right, the ones holding the bracket onto the IM.

all you need is that single bolt on the right, make sure its tight, and youll have to bend the bracket that came with the manifold

Even with that i still have 2-3 inches of slack i need to get rid of.

Take a picture for us? Maybe something is on wrong? There shouldnt be that much slack.

I use a B16a2 cable.Also had to bend the bracket a little.
I use a Skunk2 68 mm tb.
