Default upper control arms

i have an 89 crx dx where both upper ball joints are bad. i can get some upper control arms that are about $100 a piece with a good waranty. i wanted to see if anyone has tried any other brand. im goin to put coil overs on my car in the future so the skunk 2s dont look too bad but how do they hold up? any info would be great. thanks

Nobody seems to be able to get their hands on a set of skunk 2 uca's for ef for us to be able to see the quality (or more likely the lack thereof) of the ball joints on these new pieces. You can replace the ball joints on the 90-91 uca's, so make sure and get those, not the 88-89 ones which are not replaceable(for next time they wear out).......good luck

I bought a pair about a month ago and they installed super easy. The quality of the ball joint seemed very nice. I did have a problem after my first auto cross event with them in that the adjuster slipped all the way back to positive camber. I think they might have done it again, I don't know I need to check them. But I would recommend them for a replacement only if you have really bad camber, not if you have a blown ball joint. They do not hit the frame or rub the tires and I run 205/50/15s with DA knuckles. Just thought I would throw in some info.

anyone know the amount of adjustability in the new skunk arms? are they positive only, or can you get any decent amount of negative camber out of them too. i'´ve heard both stories, so i's prefer to hear from someone who has tried it.
