Default Re setting timing on 89 civic DX 1.5L

Hey guys, running into some trouble here. did a head gasket on my buddy's hatchback, and the flywheel got turned while the head was off the block. now i've found the timing marks, but there are four of them, 3 all next to each other, and 1 all by itself about 1-1/2" off to the right of the group of three. which one is considered TDC? the middle of the three, or the one all by itself?

helms says the single white painted mark on the crank pulley lined up with the pointer on the belt cover = TDC.
