Car bogging down/loosing power at various RPM levels. NEED HELP PLEASE!!
OK. Ive had an ongoing problem of the car bogging and running terrible at certain RPM's.
As advised by the fine members of honda-tech i have checked(replaced actually) the Dizzy and sensors inside. Checked the TPS (took off and re-positioned to make sure) and pulled the CEL codes 72,73,74. Which are cylinder 2-4 Random misfires.
i reset the ECU and installed an air/fuel ratio gauge. The car runs stoich at idle and even when you take off. but when you hit 2000-3000 the car boggs and the gauge goes deep into lean. After you drive it for a while, the CEL pops on and the gauge stays in lean. I turned to the Fuel system. I replaced my fuel pump with a holley 190gpm and replaced the Fuel Filter.
Needless to say the car is still doing the same thing and i am at a loss for answers.
If anyone has ANY ideas please advise.....THANKS!!!!!!
