What kind of cam is this .. there is a number on the end of the cam that says 85vt on the bottom it says 35

if i had to guess i'd say z6/y8. i'm basing this on the fact that they are the two most common sohc vtec motors and you posted this in the civic forum...

i can look at my z6 cam i have in storage but that won't be till friday.

 

i haven't really looked at sohc vtec cams but what the heck is the 4th giant lobe for. i mean i see the 3 lobes with the hi mid profile but whats that on the side?
