I had the fortunate opportunity to buy my co-workers CRX for $600, but it is missing its front bumper. I don't have any cash flow until the end of the month to replace the missing part, so I was thinking I might be able to temporarily mount my buddie's EF civic bumper (he doesn't use it any more since he put on his JDM front). Would it bolt right up? I suppose I could drive around without a front bumper, but it would be nice to have some sort of bumper cover so it doesn't look too fugly until I can pickup a CRX front (or maybe save up for a JDM SiR front )....

I don't want to drive 2 hours to my friend's house just to find out that the bumper won't fit at all. Hmmmm.... althought zip ties can work wonders....

 

the front bumper wont fit. i tried to swap my friends 89 ef9 front bumper with mine. it dosent bolt up. 89 crx and 89 civic have bolts in different places.

 

Damn. I guess I'll just have to drive around fugly until next pay period.

make one of those cardboard fiber front ends, very aerodynamic and does wonders with the ladys.
