Noise over bumps from rear of '99 EX sedan.
Well my wife's '99 Ex sedan has 117,000 miles on it now. And for the last 5,000 miles when you go over a bump with the rear wheels it makes like a squeaking/bumping noise. Does it with the 15" alloys or the stock wheels with snow tires? Can I just lube the rear suspension bushings or is it likely the rear struts are shot?
The rear end does not bounce or sway??

I will check under the car. Are the sway bar end links likely culprits. There were on the front of my '99 ACCORD EX sedan?? What and where are the compliance bushings?? I can just use silicone/bushing greese on them right?
compliance bushings are the largest bushings that are press fit into your trailing arms. they are impossible to replace without a press or the tool to press them out. you can try spraying them with some silicone lube or wd 40. best thing to do is look at the bushings and then decide if they need replacing.
Got ya pressed into the trailing arms. I will soak them in Silicone spray WD40 eats rubber! See if that helps. Is they are all falling apart might swap them.

Well just crawled under there and sprayed every bushing I can find. But I could not find a rear anti-sway bar did a '99 EX sedan come stock with it??
I always wondered why my '93 Toyota corolla DX station wagon handled better than the Civic it had sway bars front and back stock!
