yes i searched and only came up with a 94 motor for sale at 2,000 -2,500.

basically i'm looking into buying a us spec gsr motor and want to know if $3,100 is too much to pay? it includes everything to swap over to my 98 ls.. just wondering if it's worth it?? i also checked on hmotorsonline for a US spec gsr or type R but didn't see any usdm... any help?? or anyother sites?

a 98 gsr motor.

 

it depends if its coming from a shop w/ warranty.

i bought a used motor and it had shot piston rings. 90 day warranty covered repairs

 

i bought a 97 GSR complete motor, trans, harness, ecu, distributor, and etc for 1500!

damn that's a good price, but i have to get a 98+ in order to be bar'd and smog legal...
