Are the JDM and USDM trailing the same? To make the story short, I need to replace my USDM Crx trailing arms and someone local is selling a set of JDM trailings arms. Just want to make sure that everything will be compatible with my USDM LCA and compensator arms.

Yes USDM and JDM trailing arms are interchangeable (there the same as USDM) and your lca's and compensator arm will work fine.
