Honda Civic 1.6i V-Tech Sport performance stats

Looking at buying one of these and trying to get some accurate stats, looked on parkers and they say 0-62mph is 10.6 seconds????? Surely thats slow!!

a civic is slow, with or without VTEC. period.

Isn't the 1.6L motor the diesel ultra-eco version?

If so, that time sounds about right.
