searched about this thing.
i have a 89 crx si. that has a sunroof.
and apparently it only vents an inch high, if thats even called a vent.
is there a way that i can make it vent higher like the ones with the 92-95 civic ex/si so??

now im not sure if theres just something wrong with my tracks or not.
but i checked it, everything seems to be ok.

does the sunroof slide back? if it'll open all the way, then i'd say that's as far as you can get it to vent.

if it only goes half way up and then won't go back, i'd say there's a problem w/ your track.

i dont see it being easy or possible to raise it without messing with the way it travels on the track

 

i want my crx sunroof to work the same way as an eg one. [high vent]
cause its starting to get really hot here.
everytime i park its like a green house effect in there. [even though its vented]
so i have to crack the sunroof a little instead.


so is there a possible way for this to be done?
the tracks for the eg is not the same for the crx?

 

I'm not sure you can change it, but I am sure that all crxs vent about like your's does... you might be able to adjust .25" or so out of it, but be careful or it might not seal all the way closed.
