Default EGR Insufficiant air flow Code 401

Hey All,

I have a CEL on with the code of 401 EGR Insufficiant air flow. I swapped out the EGR vale and cleaned the ports with carb cleaner and cleared the code, but no luck the CEL came back with the same code. anyone?

I'm not too experienced with this but I'd check in front of it and after it to see if there is anything else that needs cleaning.

this seems to be a common problem with these cars. good thing i dont have EGR.. carb cleaner alone wont do the job. you gotta spray it down with carb cleaner and use a pipe cleaner to really break loose any carbon build up. that or pressurized air, but a brush always works best.
