Default 99 Accord Ex Clutch problems

Every so often when hoding down the clutch for what seems to be more than a min or two it becomes really light and will not let me shift into gear. Also if I havent driven the car for a while the gas pedal sometime feel like a brick for half a second then releases. Dont know if these problems are related, but if anyone can give me some advice as to what it is or how I can fix it i would appreciate it.

clutch sounds like a hydrolic problem...maybe air in the line or maybe master/slave going bad.

I had a similar issue. I changed my slave and master and the problem is gone. You can order the parts thru http://www.rockauto.com. Its hard to get it thru local parts store.

Changing the parts isn't to hard. Just putting those clips to hold the clutch lines is a pain. And Bleeding the clutch requires some patience.
