Default 20-50???90 teg?

wussup guys kinda new to the site, but have know about it for years...ne way...i have a 90 integra...b18a.... has been rebuilt, now i was told that since non honda pistons were used that the reman ones, were slightley smaller, and the rings or w/e were a little bigger... now i was told i should use 20 50 oil for it not rub or cause ne friction....i have been using 10 30 for about 5 months now, and its not to bad, depending on how hard you run it determines how much of it she burns,,,,, are these motors ok to run 20-50..and does this make ne since to you? ne help would be great....
