Bought it for my jdm-h22a swap into my '93 Si, and don't need it anymore due to buying a chipped/socketed ecu for tuning purposes.

This ecu IS jdm, it IS a p13, it IS for a manual car. I've driven with this ecu for a month or two now, works great. Still has the barcode tag on it as well.
