does not unibody mean no frame? if you bend it its totaled for the most part. Im not sure as i havent looked under my car but on my old firebird the front had a subframe which was bolted to th rest of the body so maybe that is what you are looking for, if so that will be one full piece and a pain the *** to change out. but to find one i would look at the junkyards.

heres a picture of it. i'm trying to fix the frame and thought about buy new pieces of frame and weld it in, but i don't know where to buy the frame at.

You're gonna need a collision shop supplier for those things. I dont know of an online source for those panels.

i just hope you know what youre doing. just because you can weld doesnt mean it's gonna get done right, once a unibody is damaged, it can be easily distorted and frame machines are used to ensure that all the components are within predefined specifications. at the very least have it checked once you're done, safety is a big issue here. youre lucky the frame rail looks good.
