My da is throwing code 20, Electrical load detector? Something with fuse box? what is it?

Edit: Car doesnt start, fuel pump primes but injectors arent working. injectors work. Replaced ecu, dizzy, and main relay. Cranks but doesnt turn over thanks.

I was just looking at the manual i have and there is no code 20?????

 

check your electrical load connector thts the code 20

 

i know this, i stated it in my first post. code 20 is underhood fuse box. I was wondering if this could be the sole problem my car doesnt start? injectors arent getting a signal.
