Default new GSR or go H2B?

about to start my summer off with a new project. buying a 95 GSR with no motor or tranny. i was just going to put in another C1 and GSR tranny then boost it. but lately ive been reading through the H2b faq and descussion thread. looking at the QSD kit and KAIZENSPEED balanceshaft eliminator. so motor and tranny wise im starting with nothing. what do guys think i should go with? thanks

h2b $3500 installed
gsr $2600 installed
turbo for either is a great possibility
but i think the h2b is a better platform to start from

what are you looking for in the end form your car?
