89 honda civic
radio, dome light, clock, side markers...dont work
15amp fuse
any fuse in it sparks and starts smoking or just burns out

I know this is VERY vague, (it's for a friend) I already text'd him back to get more info about this problem & will update it in a little... But for the meantime I wanted to try to get some suggestions.

are there any wires touching each other??? i had this problem with my cluster lights and parking lights turned out the corner lenses wires were touching and grounded out.

 

I forwarded that to him.

Any others?

Here's a little more info.

"I checked that one fuse holder for the radio,dome,cig. lighter and it reads 12.64"

You have a short along one of those circuits.
