my radiator fan turns on (and stays on) whenever i turn the keys on even in the first start up and even if the engine is cold, i bought the car used maybe the previous owner did something to it.

my question is: isnt this going to cause the engine to run rich since the fan is connected to the ecu or not? how do i fix this problem?
