My 91 civic (DPI) is throwing a code 16. It is fine in city driving. The car runs in low rpm but when in higher rpm it will stutter and start to cut out. I started by ohming out the injectors and got 1.3 on the secondary and 6.2 on the primary witch should be within specification. Also with the car running I have 1.2v going to the secondary injector. Next I unplugged the secondary injector and drove the car. There was no change in performance with the secondary injector unplugged. With that being said can the secondary injector be bad and still ohm out ok? If so how can I test to confirm that it is bad? Can a fuel delivery issue threw an injector code? Thanks for your time.e
