i put a b16 in my 91 hatch si and i only got one code which is code 9. i know what it is but do not know how to fix this problem. i have double checked everything in my dizzy and everything seems to be good to go but i still have the code. by the way its obd0 with obd0 ecu. please help.

your distributor is bad. get a new one.

If your distributor is new, then there is something wrong with the TDC/CYL sensor circuit, which is just 2 wires, and a helms manual should show you how to test it before you go buy another distributor.

 

^ chances are your dizzy is prolly done...same thing happend to me, get your hands on a new one
