2006 VIVA 125cc bike for sale (SOCAL)
2006 VIVA 125CC small bike for sale!!( streel legal) but i dont have the paperwork cause i lost it and the dealer where i got it from closed down!! so there's no way to get it register!! But it's a 2stroke, about 30in seat high, it runs on regular pump gas, and it comes with headlight high and low beam, tail light, signal lights, front and rear brake! It goes between 35-50mph, it's a 1 speed transmission, The bike has not even 100 miles on it i bought for my 12yr old song to learn how to ride and dropped it a few times and then he lost interest on it! so now is for sale for $600!! I bought it for $1400 brand new!

when I went and looked at a track bike three weeks ago, and the guy said he didn't have the title, My reply was, "So did you pull an insurance scam or is it stolen?" He told me he just never bothered to title it...so I asked where the MSO was, and he said he didn't have it. People amaze me.

I am reporting this for sale post. You claim it isn't stolen, I have no reason to believe you, and you obviously refuse to post the VIN. Then again, how do we know you actually post the vin from the bike that is for sale..sounds fishy.

In his advertising, a seller is not required to provide the VIN in public.
Under current rules, however, he is required to provide the VIN to a moderator (when asked) for future reference or for a check of public records regarding the VIN.
Obviously, too, an id number will have to be given to a seller when the deal comes close to fruition.
