Don't know if this is an appropriate forum to post this in, but I am looking for someone to install these for me as my passenger door lock does not function right now, and that is not cool

If you're in LA county, i'll be there this weekend visiting my girlfriend. $$$ goes to whoever can do it. Also need my AEM Tru-power pulley kit installed. PM me if you do this kind of side work. thanks.

they are a plate that goes inbetween your inner door handle that protects people from using a slim jim, or prying your door handle to get in..

Anyways, i had an epic fail and i need someone to install them for me -_-
and the tru power pulleys..

 

You can't ask for a service here as that is essentially a WTB. Can anyone offer advice or post pictures of the install?

Just focus on the gear and timing belt installation.

 

dont worry about ur locks being picked..they pull ur windows to get in buddy..padlock ur lower steerng column

 

its pretty simple to install. remove your door panels but leave the window switches connected because you'll need to move the windows up and down. then all you need is a 10mm socket, a ratchet, and an extension

 

ok well my question is.. does the circular hole in the plate go over all of the lock mechanism ( i have power windows ), or just part of it. the illustration shows one part going to the lock, then the upper part being hidden.. or the other way around.

do you just install the little plastic part over the keyhole over the circle in the plate? i'd have to bend the plate to do that...

wtf...
