Default Vibration when braking at high speeds

Why is it that I get loud vibrations when I brake while going 60 MPH plus, but not when below 40 MPH. Could I have warped discs?

Indeed, get those rotors checked out.

also if your hitting the brakes hard the rotors are probably getting too hot and expanding, which would multiply the feeling of warped rotor

try checking your lug nuts. Retorque them to 80ft-lbs.

If you decide to replace your rotors, here's the step-by-step DIY guide: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=223096

Does your car have ABS? if not I feel your pain. Its really bad when going 110 mph or so. Can anyone tell me if resurfacing will do any justice or do they have to be replaced?

Did you check your lug nuts? I had the exact problem, turned out to be unevenly torqued lug nuts when 2-3 weren't torqued down as much as the others.

Mine are torqued to 80 all the time now, and I still have the problem. As far as I know, new front pads and rotors and a proper break-in is what is needed.

Go V6. Legend is overkill and unnecessary. Your not running Le Mans are you?
