So I was diagnosing the problem of my car not boosting correctly when i looked at the wastegate actuator to see one of the wires came out of the clip.

Long story short--- rewired the clip and hooked it back up--- except when the car is on accessory the actuator vibrates until I start the car! It sounds like a mini jackhammer. When I drive around it boosts just fine-- but I was wondering if this is normal? or I should check how something is wired or if anyone had this problem before....
