I need to get a new fan switch for my 94 gsr and was wondering if I should upgrade to a buddy club or just go stock, also if I did upgrade should I upgrade thermostat as well or is stock thermo okay? Thanks.

 

The Buddy Club fan switch starts the radiator fan at a lower temperature, the BC thermostat opens at a lower temp than stock. I see the thermostat as being more effective at reducing engine temp than the switch.

 

So do you think that combining the two would help even more? I need to get both I was just curious if you could upgrade one but not the other or would it be better to just upgrade both if its worth the money you spend over stock parts.
