Im an MR2 owner looking for a daily driver/school car. going to check out an 2002 SI hatch with 44k on the clock. Guy wants like 10 for it. is this a good price?

Im also looking at Ek hatches with b18 swaps from 7-9k. which car you think would be the best value in terms of performance, gas mileage and the most fun to drive?

I may be wrong, but on KBB.com i beleive that an 02 Si Hatch Good condition is at like 12K ISH. So i would say thats a pretty darn good deal, unless it's been raced etc.

 

KBB is pretty much bs. I dont take them seriously at all. They get a lotta car prices wrong. For example they have a 95 mr2 turbo with low miles being worth 5 or 6 k... good luck finding one for that price.

 

lol. thats true. But thats because the car has value that KBB doesn't realize. where the EP3 doesn't have that value yet. But hopefully soon.

go for a swapped older model if you want to go faster, they are cheaper.
