power window swap

hey i've got a 92 teg and i was wondering if it were possible to swap out the auto windows for manual? Also when I accelerate I get this weird high pitch hum coming from my dash can anyone tell what the hell it could be?

i swapped my power windows for manual windows. you need to get 90-93 integra RS window regulators and door panels.

I have some very nice black 93 RS door panels i am selling actually.
