Help! - 95 Teg Transmission Install - Only goes into reverse!

Help! - 95 Teg Transmission Install - Shift Cable Problem
The transmission in my 95 LS went bad so I bought a new transmission and my friend and I did the swap. Everything is bolted up, correctly. The problem is that it ONLY is going in reverse. How do we time up the shift cable with the gear selector in the trans? If anyone has any insight into this that would really help!

EDIT: We played with the cable, we have gotten it to go into PARK, Drive and Reverse. But never at the same time. We dont know how to adjust it properly
