i currently have a 1998 civic ex coupe with a d15b. i do not wish to turbo it and i wanat to go faster so i am going to but a complete swap. i was looking for any help on what to buy. i have been looking for a b18gsr or a h22 what should i buy. and if i buy another honda with one of these motors in it already what would i need to do to swap it into my car. would i need new wiring or what would i all need to do. please help. thanks. and if i get new engine if anyone wants to buy a d15b vtec 70K with dc headers,aem intake,skunk to intake manafold, make me an offer complete swap

as for your swap its all about preference and budget.. you can go cheap with a b16 or go really expensive with a k20...if you give us a budget than we can help ou a little better

how much better do you think the gsr is becase i can get a full gsr swap for close to 3500. i want to be running in the 14s in the quarter mile without different internals and no boost. i would out headers exhaust inake intake manafold on.

well its bigger displacement with the gsr which means more power...you can achieve 14s with both engines tho...if you have the money than i would def say go with a gsr

ok well i think im gona just eather save up for a gsr or trade my car for an integra with a gsr in it. does anyone know about zex nitrouse i want to run it in my d15 and it has a 65hp jet. its a dry shot it engages at full throttle do you think i will b safe to run it. im not using it in 1st and only after 4000 rpms
