Default Leaking oil from beneath, crank seal?HeLP!!

To make this short:
Car: 95 Civic Si (D16Z6)
Problem: Have been leaking a lot of oil from somewhere beside the oil pan. I replaced the oil pan gasket but that was not the problem because it still leaks. I looked under the car and I saw an oil drop on the bottom of the flywheel cover. The cover has a little tiny hole at the very bottom (breather??) and it looks like that is where it is leaking from.
Some people tell me I need to replace my crank seal? Has anyone had this kind of problem ??

Thank you.

Sounds like the rear main seal needs to be replaced.

The flywheel side is the rear main and the timing belt side is the crank seal.
