Default Binding Brakes

Hey guys I have a 95 civic hatch that I swapped integra brakes on (brake booster, master cyliner, proportioning valve, the front and rear suspension) and when I drive it it binds up, and by binding up i mean the engine has to work HARD to even move the car and the calipers smoke badly, so badly that I just thought my car was on fire.....

-Its all bound up equally, the car doesn't pull to one side.
-I changed the brake booster already, thinking that might be the problem. When I stop the car and pull the vacuum line out of it it sucks air in (the brake booster still has a good vacuum in it), so I believe it is working properly...
-I bled all of the brakes completely
-I can open one of the bleeder screws and brake fluid shoots out, then the car is not bound up, but as soon as I hit the brakes again boom, bound up brakes
-the pedal is extremely hard

Tell me guys, wtf is this probem? I can't seem to figure this one out. Oh and on top of that I had this exact stuf on my old car and it worked perfectly. Why is it messing up now? ughh

Check the ajustment of the push rod from the brake pedal to the booster, there should be a litle play, it may be tight, thus applying brakes a little.

have you tried lubbing the pins on the caliper? Is the braking happing at all 4 corners? If its just the rear's that are binding then loosen your e-brake cable a little. You might of tightend it down too hard.

I already did that too

I dont know how you would lube the pins, I actually don't know what the pins are, but, I doubt that is the problem because they are all binding equaly, so much that the rims are hot, the front are so how that the very outside of the lip will even burn you after 2 miles of driving

Yeah I used a 40/40 off of an integra as well. I'm on my way to the autopart store to get a new master cylinder right now and then im off to the junkyard for a spindle (unrelated problem) and Im going to get a proportioning valve too for good measure.

I'll update the thread if the MC does not fix the problem.
