Default Tranny/clutch noise + general questions

Car makes no noise with the clutch in while not moving, but makes noise once I engage it. It also makes noise through most gears, most prominent in first/second, and also makes noise moving with the clutch in. I've heard it could be the throwout or input shaft, if it's the input shaft, what do I need to do to fix it, other than "replace the input shaft" I hardly know what that is If it's the throwout, how long do I have? The noise isn't that bad, it's not metal on metal or anything, just a straining noise.

Also, what kind of coolant do I use for the rad? Too lazy to search LOL.

No, it shifts easily. Also, it doesn't start in first until 2250 RPM, and also makes noise when I ease on the pedal.
