fuel pressure ???
Sup fella's. My girls got a 99 accord ex. She tells me once in a while it was dying on here, asked her if the radio stayed on, she said yes so i guessed fuel. I check it out and of course I couldn get it to repeat. after about a hour it finally wouldnt start. Grabbed a spark plug tester. Cranked had spark so I pick up the old fp guage. T'd into the fuel line 30 psi while running. Hmmmm. pulled the plugs all four a little white ish. So next I dead headed the pump. Almost 60psi. so Im going to replace the reg. tomarow but I was just wondering of any one else has had this problem. I know 30psi is low and im still going to replace the reg. but it seems a little hard to believe that the car would stall at that fuel pressure.
Are you getting any codes?? If its running lean I would think it would throw a code.
Fuel pressure with the vac hose connected should be about 30 to 37 psi... vac hose disconnected the pressure should be about 35 to 46..
Is it possible that you have water in the gas?

It did have a lean code p0171 I think. I pinched of the vac line on the fpr and fuel pressure didn't even change. So the regulators got to go. Nobody had it in stock and Honda's not open around me til tomarow so its gonna have to wait til then. Good look on the vac check.
