Does an A/T b16 block delivers same power like an M/T b16?

Does an A/T b16 block delivers same power like an M/T b16?
1 year ago i converted a auto b16 into m/t,but i want to know if the a/t block has the same specs like an m/t b16 block.Do they have same power despite converting the ecu to m/t?What about the cams opening,valve,crank,the cylinder head stuffs?Who can answer me?
