Wondering if some one could help me out.... I need to know:

1. Is there is any difference betwen usdm itr valve springs and jdm itr valve springs?

2.Can i use my stock b17 retainers and valve cotters with itr valve springs and CTR cams?

Sure, your B17 retainers and cotters would only be 15 years old by now. Go for it. Honda never intended for you to replace the most abused parts, after 15 yrs., I am sure the warranty is 20 yrs., springs will be fine also.

 

I'm replacing retainers and cotters with NEW oem ones, My question was if the "stock" b17 retainers and cotters would work, not my OLD retainers and cotters. Thanks anyway

 

All of the B series VTEC valvetrain stuff is interchangeable.

why not buy the newer design of the retainers? new b16, p72 or ITR?
