Default worth to rebuild b18a?

replaced waterpump and timing belt because waterpump was leaking bad. cars been sitting since for a month, but i start the engine two or three times a week and drive it down the street. today, noticed oil light on, so i checked oil level. it was full, but coolant/water is getting in oil, which means head gasket is out. now, car is a 90 DA integra, with mileage around 180,000. is it even worth it to take off the head and replace the headgasket, or just save up a couple hundred bucks for a 94+ b18b? im not planning to do a vtec swap or anything, just want a good running stock car. any advice is welcome. thanks.

I would just replace the motor with a newer one if you can do the swap yourself.
