Hi, my friend and I both have modified cars that may not pass inspection for those strict policy garages. Each car is registered in RI and MA. The RI car only has 35% window tint all around, and the MA car is pretty low, which some places don't even want to touch the car. Let me know if anyone have any hook ups that don't care about window tint/modified/lowered cars etc. The problem is some places are strict and I don't want to fail the first time, due to money and time. Remember we both need one for RI and MA so let me know if you know any places that can help out, thanks.
