I got a 94 accord lx and the other day she was driving the car turned off on her. A few days later she said the car got sluggish on her after she turned it on. It was like stratting on 3rd gear on a standard car she said and the D4 light was flashing too. Now my question is where is the connector that I have to jump in order to get that code?

 

At the top of the passenger side kick panel and behind the glove box.
There should be a holder with the Blue 2 pin connector in it.
