well there really arent instructions lol so u kinda gotta go with the flow.
but i'll give you some guidance and when u do this u can write up a diy for the rest of the ppl. well u start out by removing the 2nd o2 sensor on your cat. then u disconnect the cat from the rest of the piping. then u pop your hood and remove the trim under the windshield. loosen the top nuts holding the header to the block. then remove the nuts on the bottom of the header. pull header off. its optional if u want to disconnect the header from the cat before pulling the header out. its a lil easier since its a shorty header. ( i did so it would fit in my trunk since this wasnt dont at my house.) then u get the race header and put it on the studs from the block (which is a little pain the ***) then put the nuts on the top and bottom, reconnect the 1st o2 sensor, then connect the header to the exhaust piping, reconnect 2nd o2 sensor. dont forget to get the check engine light eliminator or you will get a check engine light cuz u dont have a cat. (www.jhpusa.com has a cel eliminator. look in the exhaust section) and there you go. your done. but this was just a general outline as you will encounter more problems if this is your first time ripping apart your car. but u can always come back for questions as the few of us will help you.

i just did one on my car last week... i found it really easy to loosen up the subframe a little and manuever the header out that way instead of way noted in DIY from 8th. Luckily i had a lift so i could lower subframe easier than if on ground. Just gotta be careful not to move it at all.. could mess up ur alignment. Found it easier to use really long extension and wobble socket to get to bolts on top of header, also be careful with the O2 sensors.. dont wanna twist em too much and damage the wires. I counter twisted em so when the o2 sensor was in the wires were not twisted at all. Hope this was of some help.

Well you dont need to order the defouler, you can get em at autozone, pep boys etc. If you have the sidan you are gonna need the extension from Greddy also. I put my evo2 on my sidan before they came out with it...so i had to cut and extend the exhaust by 2 inches in the straight pipe, fits perfectly.

i am going to order from procivic.com and it is supposed to come with the adaptor to fit the sedan. Does the defouler cost the same at auto zone?

where did you find the dc race header? i've been trying to order one for a week, but everywhere i look doesn't have them anymore. i knew dc sold itself, but i figured it might take a little longer for people to run out.
