just got my civic coupe tinted, how long for them to cure?

Default just got my civic coupe tinted, how long for them to cure?

the guy said 5 days,, but i have no idea why, they dried like overnight.. i got them done on saturday afternoon.. can i roll them down today (tuesday) its ******* hot with no AC.. why do they say not to roll them down!!!???

i would say by wed it would be cool, when my friend got his car tinted they said like 2 1/2 days

Hot weather causes the adhesive to take longer drying. I'd listen to the guy that did the tinting since he probably knows more than you and I doubt he's telling you this info to torture you. You should not roll your windows down because if the adhesive is not completely dry, a piece of the tint film might snag on something and there goes the whole window. Hope this helps. Lates!
