Default need help with manual transmission

guys i need help i've searched around trying to solve my problem, but i still feel like it doesn't solve my problem
I have a 1997 Acura Integra GSR 5 speed and well when I depress my clutch pedal and try to shift into gear it wouldn't, this is when the car is on.
When I turn the car off and try moving the shifter, it moves like nothing is wrong but once i try to start the car in gear the car would jump and lil and not turn on and then over an over again while the tranny is in gear.
I've checked the fluids and I flushed the fluids again and again.
Could my problem be that i need a new clutch and pressure plate or do i need to replace my clutch master and slave cylinder?
Please help I need a car to get to work and school

When a car is hard to get in gear..

It couldbe a sign of a bad/leaking clutch master cylinder.

Crawl under your dash and up where the clutch pedal is.. and check to see if you see any fluid leaking or wet/dampness.. If so it's time to replace the clutch master cylinder..

If all of this checks out okay.. I would lean more towards a failing clutch failure .. Could have broke a spring in the clutch disc.. or broke pressure plate.
