Default b16 built head, t3/04e 60 trim, neptune build

well here is my build, finally got it dynoed and it will make me happy for now, if i get bored i can always get a retune and turn it up some more

b16 block:
eagle rods
cp pistons

b16 head:
aebs intake manifold
gsr t/b
rocket motorsports valvetrain
gsr cams
street port/valvejob

gsr transmission:
stock axles
competition clutch stage 4 sprung

ebay cast manifold
t3/04e 60 trim stage 5 exhaust
3"dp
3" exhaust
jrc intercooler

neptune rtp tuned by john kerr of j-k-tuning.com at innovative motorworks in carlisle pa on a dynapak dyno

ended up at the end of the day with time running out so we kept it at 15lbs (16lbs then falls back down to 15 till redline)

will have dyno sheet up tomorrow when i get it sent from john, i tried to take a pic of the dyno sheet but it just didnt work out too well

at 15lbs it made 340+ blowing off the intercooler piping at the end of the run

btw, having troubles setting up pwm boost control, i have the port to the left of the filter going to the top of the w/g and the port to the right going to i/m and it cycles but just doesnt do anything, do i need to have the source for the bottom port of the wastegate to be the same source for the feed on the solenoid? everything via neptune is working properly but we couldnt get it to turn up the boost with the solenoid

pictures of the car:

thanks

got the boost solenoid and boost by gear/rpm working today

i just t'd into the source for the solenoid and used that as my source for the w/g and it decided it wanted to work today, wish it would have worked on the dyno but oh well if im down in the area again im sure it wont take much to get it all nice and pretty on the graph, now im just waiting on the graph from d-rob

thanks derek

with the solenoid it felt a bit sluggish to get into boost, but i will be fixing that with duty cycle the more i play with it, this whole boost by gear/rpm thing is really fun

as soon as i get some more money it will be thrown on the dyno to mess around with the boost controller and turn it up some more along with messing with the timing hopefully

ran it at the track tonight and ran

60' 2.057
330 5.535
1/8 8.305
mph 90.89
1000 10.633
1/4 12.587
mph 113.55

on 225/50 15 bfgs mounted on 00 gsr swirlies

definetly some more in it i think, i was low on gas and that was my only clean run without chargepipe issues
