has anyone modified their seat foam?
like the topic says, i am a tall guy, and i don't have the coin for race seats yet, has anyone cut the bottom of the seat foam to help you sit lower in the car (i.e. so i don't have to drive like a stunna when i am at the auto x)
Thanks

I haven't heard of this, but keep in mind, many racing/competition/street seats have lower prices models available.
Go to a re-upholdery place around you and ask them. They charged my mom $75 to resew the stitching on her leather seats, so that might give you an idea of how much things will be. Other places charged up to $90 for the same thing.
Check on GBC and here on HT. I believe Primm Motorsports still has a groupbuy on Sparco/Corbeau/Momo seats. I got my Sparco Speed for $240. Rails were another $44 and that was it.
