up for sale is this uber rare 96-00 civic SiR II steering wheel that is in pristine condition. I have only seen one of the wheels in person and that was owned by friend that I bought it from.. This wheel has no fading or wear showing on it at all, its like new.. I am looking to get 250 for it since its in great condition.. here are some pics (almost identical to 96 itr wheel)

It is much smaller than the oem wheel.. Definately has a nice feel to it

Splines are different so no way to make it fit.. Your option is buy the jdm itr wheel..
