Anyone in Redondo, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach..who's had a modified import?

Either
A) Your ride has been cited in these cities,
B) Stolen/recovered in either of the cities
C) You live in either of the cities and have a nicely modified import and compete in meets...
Possible news story for you in a local newspaper.

Ola Travis, well anyone in the south bay area minus Torrance, has had their car prejudiced by the police dept.

or their cars were stolen/recovered in either of the cities

or they build imports for fun in either of the areas?
