can master cylinder be wrong

Default can master cylinder be wrong

alright here it is i have a eg 93 swapped out the old dinky little stock master cylinder for a 99 gsr master and now im having trouble stopping on a dime. when i step on the brakes it stops like half way and it doesnt stop the car it only slows down. ive gravity bleed the brakes rebled it the regular way and still the same. my real que is that can the master cylinder be put in upside down and that the vacum thingy is suppose the be at the top is that the reason why? please help thanks
