Default No start, No power

Hey guys,

My teg had been sitting for a couple months, I came home, started her up and she ran fine. I had about 3 weeks before I could insure it so it sat for a little longer, starting her up everyonce in a while. One day I went to start it and couldn't get her to. So I charged the battery up and it fired up nice. A few days later I was doing some interior work with the stereo on, when the stereo just turned off. I figured okay, battery is dead, so I charged it back up, and there was no power to my head unit. I checked the fuse for the radio, it's fine. A couple days later I go to start it and I get nothing. I charge the battery, still nothing, jump it, nothing. I go back today and I have zero power whatsoever in the vehicle. No start, no power to anything, no nothin'.

I'm fairly new at working on cars and am not too sure where to start. I tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it, no luck. Checked a couple fuses, everything looks okay.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here?

Try your main fuses in the engine bay fuse box.

Will do.

I just went out to see if my battery was fully charged yet, and when I turned the key to the on position, rpm's jumped up to about 1500 and there was a loud constant clicking coming from behind the dash. It seems like this problem is a little bit more complicated than I thought.

Okay, I went out checked all of my fuses and there all good. I took the battery out and sanded the terminals down and guess what, starts up first try. There were a few weird things going on though, my seatbelt light was on even though my seatbelt was on, and still no power to the head unit.
