just wondering what the cheapest way to get my k20a3 to do a nice high rpm vtec kick in with out a swap thanks

K20A3 has a weak VTEC, just intake. So it's not as loud as the performance K series engine. Kinda impossible IMO to do it without a swap. Putting a SRI will make it louder if you want. It's really hard to hear on a K20A3....

VTEC on the EP3 is at 2200RPM's. Period. It's an economy VTEC motor in reality. Not saying that's bad, but if you bought it for that mad vtac sound...you bought the wrong car.

I'm going to lock this because I forsee nothing but flames.
